- The apartment was spacious and clean. The receptionist staying at the office, where we got the keys (located in another hotel) was very helpful esp. When we had hot water issues. She was fluent in English and constantly communicating by phone or sms. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartment is a walking distance to Sagrada Familia, though not ideal for old people who have knee problems.

- There was no hot water when we arrived at the apartment. It was only fixed the day after. Though the receptionist offered to change the apartment, we preferred to stay. There was also a strange noise coming from the aircon in the masters bedroom at night, but we did not bother to complain, as we just slept it through due to tiredness.

Nice apartment, clean and spacious. Overall it was a great place to stay and a great value for the money. It was a little out of the way so if you are looking to be in the middle of all the action this is not the best place, but if you want a nice place to stay for a good value this is definitely a good choice. Their are two metro stations and both are a short walk so getting around is still easy and everything is accessible.

Bit of a hassle picking up keys from another location, but only have to do this on arrival, not on departing - not a big problem for a daytime arrival.

Our apartment was at Carrer de Industria 152. The location was near the Sagrada Familia and 10 minutes walking from several metrostations. So you can travel fast in different directions. In the aera there are many nice restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean, the beds were hard. We felt the springs through the matras. But we walked so much that we slept wel on it. Wifi in the apartment is handy!
